Change can be difficult but progress is impossible without it. Whether you are looking to address an immediate barrier in your life or work though something that has been challenging you for sometime, change is possible.

Through the development of a supportive, collaborative relationship we will determine where you are at. Together we will identify your specific strengths and establish goals to help achieve the progress you desire. I believe in a person centered, dialogue based approach to therapy. We will work at your pace to overcome whatever challenge you may be facing.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression or having difficulty adjusting to any of life's many transitions. I have worked professionally in the field of Mental Health for over twelve years in a variety of settings. I look forward to the opportunity for us to learn and grow together.

I am dedicated to creating a supportive, organized, and responsive experience for both our patients and clinicians. I serve as a primary point of contact for questions and concerns, working to address each one promptly and thoughtfully.

I also oversee the practice’s insurance and billing processes, including managing insurance claims, coordinating payments with insurance companies, and assisting patients with billing and payment related questions. My goal is to make the administrative side of care as smooth and stress-free as possible, so our clinicians can focus on providing high quality care and our patients feel supported throughout their experience with the practice.

Sometimes life can seem difficult, sometimes you feel as though your words are not coming out right, sometimes you feel as though your voice is not being heard, sometimes we feel overwhelmed or misunderstood and sometimes we just don’t feel happy. During those moments, it is important to have a safe and non-judgmental space to discuss your stressors and find support in identifying tools to utilize to find balance to lead you to your road of living a happy and healthy life.

Ultimately, I enjoy supporting others to engage in self-exploration so that they can feel encouraged to live the life they want to live. My specialty includes empathetically working together with my clients to support them in navigating their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

My approach combines motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I will tailor our sessions and treatment plans to meet you where you're at and serve your specific needs.

If you are looking for a warm, welcoming place to discuss any issue, thought, or problem you've been dealing with without judgment or closed-mindedness, then I could be a great fit for you! I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and am licensed as a mental health counselor in Massachusetts. I have a friendly and laid-back personality, and I'm always eager to help. I incorporate a lot of humor into my general approach; however, I am also very comfortable working through serious and difficult subjects in a calm and supportive manner.

We'll typically start by talking about my career background and approach to therapy, and then we'll focus on your intake form and what brought you here seeking support. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about therapy, my experience, or the treatment process.

I also run a very free-flowing type of session, with minimal structure. This is great for some people, but not a perfect fit for everyone. I definitely encourage feedback on anything I can do differently to help you.

I’ve had the privilege of helping adolescents and young adults find their footing through life’s ups and downs. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), my work focuses on supporting clients through transitions—whether that’s adjusting to college or adulthood, managing stress, building coping skills, or navigating challenges in parent–teen relationships. Life changes, big or small, can stir up anxiety, sadness, or uncertainty. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, gain insight, and develop tools that help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

I bring warmth, empathy, and honesty to every session. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—one where we work together to understand what’s getting in the way and find realistic, meaningful ways to make change. I’ll meet you where you are, listen carefully, and help you build on your strengths.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to adjust to a new chapter in life, I’m here to help you find balance and resilience at your own pace.
